Yes — we love creating custom pieces. Whether you have a specific stone in mind or a design idea, get in touch using the form above with "Custom Design" selected and we'll guide you through the process. Custom orders typically take 2–4 weeks.

Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days island-wide. Express delivery (1–2 working days) is available at checkout for LKR 500. All orders are fully insured and dispatched within 2–3 working days of payment confirmation.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery in original, unworn condition with all original packaging. Custom and engraved pieces are non-returnable. To initiate a return, email us at info@pathberiyagems.com with your order number.

We currently operate primarily online with in-store appointments available in Colombo. Please contact us in advance to arrange a viewing appointment and we'll be happy to show you our collection in person.
